Levers to roll back the years for Stevie’s big night

Former Nottingham Panthers forward Marc Levers will be part of next week’s SL45 All-Stars tournament.

Levers, who now plays for Nottingham Lions, will be on one of the four rosters for the night on Tuesday 30th October (7:30pm).

The unique night will see current and past Panthers players split into four teams, with an NHL-style draft being unveiled the night before at the testimonial dinner at Alea Casino.

Lee said: “It is fantastic to have Marc coming back on Tuesday for the testimonial night.

“He spent a lot of years with the club and helped win many trophies, including the Elite League title in 2012-13.

“I am sure everyone will enjoy seeing him back on the ice with all the boys.”

Levers added: “I am so looking forward to taking part in the all-stars tournament.

“Stevie fully deserves this testimonial night and it will be great to meet up with everyone again.”

Tickets for the SL45 All-Stars tournament are priced at £14 adults, £12 concession (seniors 60+, students with suitable ID, disabled/carers and teens 13 to 17) and £5 for children.

Under-2s are free of charge when not occupying a seat – a wristband will need to be requested from a steward on the day.

Tickets are now on general sale. To buy tickets please visit the Motorpoint Arena Box Office, purchase online at www.motorpointarenanottingham.com or call 0843 373 3000.
